Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided at the end of the portal process and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack Your Boots

  Place the items in their original Hunter box and use a protective outer shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of arrival.
